Hello 👋
I love listening to people’s stories, solving problems & creating beautiful things that matter
From the past couple of years, I am focusing on user experience and interface design. To me, the combination of psychology, business and design is ideal to create a memorable experience. I have gained experience working on a global product that caters to the needs of users in both B2B and B2C domains, ensuring satisfaction at both ends of the spectrum.
I have collaborated with diverse cross-functional teams to tackle intricate challenges, from product strategies to discovery research, ideation to implementation, and design handover to testings.
My experience spans across a wide range of projects, including consumer mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise software.
I believe in questioning existing processes, systems, and ideas, to understand their history and the dynamics at play. This habit of continuously asking questions helps me dive deeper into understanding the problem and come up with simpler solutions.

My superpower includes
System Thinking
Whether its’ managers or employees, external or internal stakeholders, I have designed for all, often having to be at various altitudes in order to account for various platforms & usecases.
Process standardization
While working at the global company, it was important to understand different processes, eliminate the redundant steps and bring standardisation across the organisation.
Scalability
I design products keeping in mind the business goals and long term product vision, hence building sustainable solution through experimentations that are scalable in future.

My Design Process
My design process revolves around approaching each problem with fresh eyes and seeking new perspectives. Research is crucial to understand the "what" and "why" of the project.
Instead of relying on the internet for inspiration, I draw ideas from everyday objects like paintings, architecture, and music. When replicating known patterns, I explore popular apps for effective solutions without reinventing the wheel.
Rather than solely focusing on a human-centric approach, I adopt a circular design approach. This means considering the wider impact of the design on various aspects, such as humans, organizations, behavior and society. This approach emphasizes on accountability.
There are different ways to learn and approach design, just as there are multiple paths to acquire knowledge. The design process is merely an approach, and creativity cannot be confined to a template. This perspective is based on my personal understanding, and I welcome different opinions on the design process.
